Donald Trump has always been associated with racists, corrupt attorneys, unethical politicians, conspiracy theorists, anarchists, scumbags, white-collar criminals, and men accused of sexual and physical abuse. These are his people. Additionally, his most significant political achievement may be that added to his list of allies is a base that, despite proof to the contrary, see him as a strongman, a patriot, a brilliant mind, and their hero. Sociologists will study this unfortunate phenomenon for years to come. The negative labels given to Trump are based on fact. As a result of how blatantly heinous he is, prominent Trumper Republicans are turning away from him, his base is shrinking, his billionaire donors are fleeing, and conservative media outlets are urging him to step out of politics. This week, his worst nightmare keeps happening; He I being publicly labeled ” a loser.”
For year’s Ttump has used the excuse of his taxes being audited to escape transparency. Since Richard Nixon, all presidents have revealed year’s of their tax returns to reveal if any conflict of interests or disqualifying improprieties exist. Trump, like mob bosses and dictators do, hid as much information about himself as possible. From his secretive tax returns, incomplete medical records, under lick and key college transcripts and the content of his talks with foreign enemies, Trump has lied and hid facts and truths from the American people. However, he has run out of options for dodging justice and accountability for his crimes, lies and gaslighting.
This week Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed former Justice Dept. prosecutor Jack Smith to be the special counsel to oversee the investigations into the Mara-a-Lago document scandal and whether or not Trump and others attempted to interfere with the peaceful transfer of power in the 2020 election. White, was most recently working in at the Hague in the Netherlands prosecuting war criminals. He has a reputation for being a non-partisan, experienced prosecutor. His qualifying experience include:
- Smith most recently worked at the International Criminal Court at The Hague in the Netherlands, investigating and prosecuting war crimes.
- Served as nvestigation coordinator in the International Criminal Court prosecutor’s office.
- Served as head of the DOJ’s public integrity unit
- Served 10 years in the US attorney’s Office
- Served as the vice president and head of litigation for the Hospital Corporation of America; the nation’s largest non-government health care providers
- Smith has received more than a handful of awards over the course of his career, including the Director’s Award from the Department of Justice, the Attorney General’s Award for Distinguished Service, the Federal Bar Association’s Younger Federal Attorney Award, the Eastern District Association’s Charles Rose Award and the Henry L. Stimson Medal by New York County Bar Association. (NPR, Nov. 22, 2022).
Smith is qualified to analyze the evidence gathered by the DOJ and The Jan. 6th Committee and determine what charges could be filed and assess the potential for a conviction in a court of law.

In a democracy, which America still is, NO ON IS ABOVE THE LAW. TRUE PATRIOTS DONT CARE WHICH CRIME REMOVES TRUMP FROM OUR POLITICS. IT CAN BE STORMY DANIELS, THE STOLEN CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS, THE GEORGIA ATTEMPT TO CHANGE THE VOTE COUNT, THE TAX FRAUD, THE INSURRECTION THAT HE INCITED, THE BIG LIE FRAUD ON AMERICA, OR OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE. HIS RAP SHEET MAKES AL CAPONE LOOK LIKE MR. ROGERS. ONLY THE RICH, RACIST AND EVANGELICAL FANATICS DONT CARE; HE IS A CROOK AND A FRAUD.
