About

I am a psychotherapist in private practice in Los Angeles, Calif. My theoretical orientation is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I work with individuals, families and couples, focusing on communication, relationships, and mood disorders. In therapy, we revisit and analyze the past to resolve problematic patterns in the present that impairs relationships, inhibit personal growth, and cause depression and anxiety.

Additionally, I specialize in addiction, autism, and career counseling. I am a published writer and lecturer on many subjects related to psychology, personal development, and social issues.

I am a lifelong Democrat and have growing concerns about the current divisive, corrupt and dishonest political climate. I have decided to use my skills as a writer and my experience as a psychotherapist to contribute to the conversation about restoring morality, stability, and Constitutional loyalty in our country. This blog encourages a solid resistance to the political movement that promotes racism and autocracy and rejects the rule of law.
