FACTS, (NOT FAKE NEWS) ABOUT TRUMP THAT JUSTIFY OVERTURNING THE 2024 ELECTION RESULTS:

● Donald Trump incited and called for an insurrection on Jan. 6th, watched the Capitol and DC police get brutally beaten, supported the mobs intention to harm VP Mike Pence and other members of Congress, and refused to stop the violence for 187 minutes

● Donald Trump recently said “maybe some Americans prefer a dictator“.

● Donald Trump ignores the limits of the executive branch and is dangerously overreaching his authority

● Donald Trump chose dangerous, unqualified, loyalist,  Russia- leaning people for Cabinet positions

● Donald Trump pardoned the insurrectionists, many who were members of Nazi groups.

● Donald Trump has been adjudicated as a business, charity and tax fraud

● Donald Trump has been accused of sexual assault by 26 women and for rape by a civil jury.

● There are photos of Donald Trump engaging inappropriately with underage girls at Epstein parties and teen beauty pageants

● Donald Trump is an adulterer. He cheated on every wife and especially chose Playboy bunnies and porn stars

THE FOLLOWING RADICAL CHANGES AND NEEDED ADDITIONS TO THE CONSTITUTION SHOULD BE PURSUED TO PROTECT AMERICA AGAINST ANOTHER FUTURE DICTATOR PRESIDENT:

CHANGE THE LAWS. THEY FAILED US:

1. The power of the presidency should be reduced, not expanded
2. Eliminate the Electoral College
3. Eliminate lifetime judicial appointments
4. Eliminate the majority and minority leaders in Congress, and set term limits
5. Limit campaign donations to 500.00 from any individual or company
6. Make convicted felons ineligible to be president
7. Require the Supreme Court to have an equal amount of justices from both parties
8. Allow for recall elections if an elected official is found lying, taking bribes, or breaking their oath of office.
9. Require presidential candidates to take a Constitutional proficiency test.
10. Require the Courts to immediately hear cases that involve presidential overreach, obstruction of jusice, and violations of the Constitution.
11. No longer allow a presidential candidate to choose the vice president. It neuters the power of the 25th Amendment
12. If a majority of polled Americans reject the actions of a president, a recall election of both the president and vice president should be called.
13. There should be no immunity from prosecution for the U.S. president
14. Any president found to break the Emoluments Clause should be suspended for 6 months and forced to return all gifts
15. Any Attorney General who acts as the President’s attorney should be disbarred
16. Require presidential candidates to reveal tax returns and un-redacted medical records
17. Stop paying for presidential hobbies and vacations
18. Limit the First Lady and President’s power to transform the structure of the White House in ways that disrespects our American traditions and history.

THE MOST IMPORTANT MOVEMENT WE CAN BEGIN AND CONSEQUENTIAL PROTESTS WE CAN ORGANIZE SHOULD FOCUS ON A NATIONAL CALL FOR 1) TRUMP TO RESIGN, 2) THREATS TO CONGRESSMEN’S SEATS FOR COMPLICITY IN THE COUP, AND 3) CALL ON THE MILITARY TO CLAIM THE POWERS GIVEN TO THEM BY THE CONSTITUTION TO FIGHT AGAINST A ROGUE PRESIDENT. ADDITIONALLY, WE SHOULD HOLD A NATIONAL “NO PEDOPHILES FOR President” PROTEST.
