The Biased, Incompetent Judge Aileen Cannon Dismissed The Trump Stolen Documents Case Today. Trump Is Using Her Ruling And The Attempt To Assassinate Him To Declare That Uniting The Country Now Means Excusing All The Indictments Against Him For Violating The Rule Of Law.
Judge Cannon has been blatantly mishandling the classified documents case and enabling Donald Trump to dodge accountability for violating federal law. In her rilung today,, Cannon based her decision to throw out the case ( coincidently on the opening day of the RNC convention) on the DOJ not having the authority to independently appoint a Special Counsel without approval by Congress. She also claimed the Dept. did not have the authority to appropriate the funds to make the appointment. The Special Counsel appointment process has been ajudicated as constitutionally within the authority of the Executive Branch. Constitutional scholars from both parties have called Cannon incompetent and politically motivated to use her power to help Trump escape trial. The fact that a federal judge is allowed to break the rule of law and make bogus rulings and legally incorrect opinions is an insult to the people of this country. Everyone knows she is in team Trump’s MAGA camp, She is the epitome of why lifetime appointments to the federal bench are a corrupt practice and a flaw in the Constitution.
Former US Attorney Barbara McQuade says about Cannon’s ruling, “I think she is so clearly wrong on the law that the 11th Circuit will reverse.” ( The Hill, June, 15, 2024).
GOOD NEWS: THIS RULING IS A CAREER KILLER FOR JUDGE AILEEN AND SHE WILL SOON JOIN THE JUNK PILE OF TRUMP-TAINTED PROFESSIONALS WHO WILL GO DOWN IN HISTORY AS DUPED EMBARRASSMENTS.Factual connections between Trump and the mob need to resurrected. His association with the infamous mafia attorney Roy Cohn is legendary. The epic duping of Americans is largely successful because they won’t read, they want to stay in denial, or they are gullible to gaslighting and propaganda. Judge Cannon’s husband had mob associations with a Trump friend and Cannon didn’t attempt to hide her corrupt rulings in favor of Trump.
ALMOST BEING ASSASSINATED HAS NOT CHANGED THE FACT THAT TRUMP EXPECTS TO BE TREATED AS IF HE IS ABOVE THE LAW. HE IS BRANDING THE GOAL OF “UNIFYING” THE COUNTRY TO MEAN ALL INDICTMENTS, CONVICTIONS, AND PENDING CASES AGAINST HIM MUST BE DROPPED. HE IS BASING THIS DECLARATION ON THE FALSE PREMISE THAT ALL THE CHARGES AGAINST HIM HAVE BEEN BASELESS, WEAPONIZED WITHCHHUNTS AND ATTEMPTS AT ELECTION INTERFERENCE. HOWEVER, THE TRUTH IS THE ACTIONS TRUMP TOOK IN THESE SITUATIONS BROKE LAWS. HE IS A CLEVER LIAR, WHO USES MOB-LIKE RHETORIC THAT EVEN HIS FOLLOWERS KNOW IS FALSE. HOWEVER, THEY IMMORALLY OVERLOOK IT IN THE NAME OF POWER.
PLEASE JUDGE JUAN MERCHAN DO YOUR JOB. DON’T GET SUCKED INTO THE VORTEX OF DEFERENCE TO TRUMP BECAUSE OF THE ATTEMPT TO ASSASSINATE HIM. HE IS CAMPAIGNING AS USUAL AND STOKING THE FLAMES OF THE SUPREME COURT RULING THAT HE HAS WIDE RANGING IMMUNITY AND THEREFORE CAN BREAK LAWS. PROVE TO AMERICA THAT NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW AND SENTENCE HIM. IF YOU WIMP OUT, YOU WILL JOIN JUDGE CANNON IN THE JUNK PILE OF PROFESSIONALS WHO BECOME DUPED EMBARRASSMENTS.
