America Is Still A Democracy. Something Has To Be Done About Justice Samuel Alito And Clarence Justice Thomas. Should President Biden Declare Them  Public Enemies? The Republican Party Now Operates As An Arm Of The Russian Political Machine Working To Transform America Into An Autocracy And That Poison Has Risen To The Highest Court In The Land. Trump’s Claim Of A Two-Tiered Rigged System Against Him By Democrats Is A Lie. The Two-Tier Government Has Kept Him Out Of Jail With The Help Of Corrupt Judges.

Justices Alito and Justice Thomas have nutty, extremist wives. Alito’s wife put up a flag at two residences that symbolized support for the insurrection. Justice Alito allowed it, saying, ” I support my wife’s freedom of speech.” This sentiment is rich with hypocrisy as Alito wrote the opinion on the Dobbs ruling which stripped women’s right to reproductive freedom. Both Alito and Thomas have a conflict of interests in any case connected to the Jan. 6th insurrection because of their wife’s activism in support of the big lie. Both will not recuse themselves, like their colleague Justice Brown- Jackson did in a case of much less significant. The assertion in Rick Wilson’s book, ” Everything Trump Touches Dies,” has now become the reality of the Supreme Court of the United States.
Trump stacked the Court who is doing his bidding and yet he is still acting like a whiny victim. The movement to hold Trump accountable for the Jan. 6th insurrection and the crimes he committed that resulted in his two impeachment trials was led by Republicans. He is not a victim of Democratic witch hunts. American Republicans should start reading and becoming informed on the facts or suffer the consequences. Even his extremist Supreme Court Justices voted to force him to release his long-hidden taxes. However, the Court has returned to choosing to protect Trump over following the law. The delay of the immunity case is a blatant, partisan tactic by the Republican Justices.

Merritt Garland’s DOJ has indicted the sitting president’s son and is putting him on trial. Such an action would have NEVER occurred under Attorney General Bill Barr’s corrupt, weaponized DOJ. Trump and the MAGA GOP have manipulated Garland and Biden to be so concerned about being seen as biased weaponizers that their approach to fighting their assault on our democracy is weak. Verbal rants against autocracy are not enough. Trying to convince Republican supporters of Trump that he is dangerous is not enough. Exalting the superiority of democracy over autocracy is not enough. That messaging is not working because Trump is a talented gaslighter and a Putin-trained propagandist.  Additionally, millions of Americans are too lazy to become informed on the facts and are more loyal to the party than to the country.

Garland’s strong ethics are admirable. However, Trump and  MAGA Republicans have exploited his morality and falsely labeled him as a weaponizer. He should take any action that protects democracy from the domestic terror attack by Trump and the Russian-aligned GOP no matter what norm he has to break. Democrats have to stop taking a squirt gun to a rifle fight.

Trump and the oath-breaking Republican members of Congress have broken all norms of government and democracy and made illegal, anti-democractic behavior the new standard. DEMOCRATS MUST NOW PLAY BY THE SAME RULES AS MAGA DOES IF THEY WANT TO TRIUMPH OVER THE REPUBLICAN/RUSSIAN MOVEMENT TO DESTROY OUR DEMOCRACY.

Democrats need to get tough. They need to organize their resistance to stop Trump and his march towards autocracy.
  • Protests need to be organized and funded by the Biden administration against the biased, extremist Justices of the Supreme Court. PUBLIC SUPPORT TO REMOVE THEM SHOULD BE ENCOURAGED
  • Attorney General Garland must make daily media appearances to inform the American people of the latest actions or statements made by Trump, Speaker Mike Johnson, any other MAGA member of Congress, or other anti-democracy public figure
  • President Biden should maximize the use of executive orders to circumvent any obstructionist actions taken by the House of Representatives
  • President Biden should duplicate Trump’s style of engagement with the DOJ and order Merritt Garland to announce and pursue investigations into Jared Kushner, Ivanka Trump, Don Jr., and Eric Trump for potential illegal behaviors.
  • President Biden should have a spokesperson from his administration publically admonish all judges who are slowing down the process of Trump’s trials.
  • President Biden should pressure all appeals courts to rule immediately on the cases involving Donald Trump.
Proof we need to expand the Court.
