Netanyahu has ignored most of Biden’s requests to de-escalate attacks in Gaza for humanitarian reasons. The starvation and deaths of the people of Gaza is not only hurting Israel’s image around the world, it is also damaging President Biden’s image and America’s standing as the beacon of morality and humanitarianism. Netanyahu has made it clear he favors the re-election of his fellow autocrat Donald Trump. Despite America’s opposition to how Israel is retaliating against Hamas, President Biden and the democratic party stand by Israel’s in it’s battle to survive in the Middle East. IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER. HAMAS MASSACERED 1400 ISRAELI’S ON OCTOBER 7TH. HAMAS DOES NOT WANT ISRAEL OR JEWS TO EXIST. HAMAS MUST BE DESTROYED.
Joe Biden is the first US President to visit an active war zone, both in Ukraine and Israel. Republicans need to rethink the narrative that Trump is the energetic, brave strongman and Biden is sleepy, old Joe. Biden’s trips to war zones is proof he is a president keeps the commitment of the United States to defend democracies around the world. In contrast, former President Trump has instructed the Republucan led House to block essential aid to the democracies of Ukraine and Israel.
Biden has been and continues to be a staunch supporter of Israel. However, Netanyahu’s response to the horrific massacre of approximately 1400 Israeli’s on October 7, 2023, has been to inflict inhumane suffering on the innocent citizens of Gaza and to fail at getting Hamas to free the remaining 130 hostages. Biden and congressional Democrats are in full support of giving aid to Israel and Ukraine to defend itself from it’s enemies. However, House Maga Republicans are supporting Vladimir Putin’s agenda of reducing needed military aid to Ukraine to help Russia occupy this sovereign nation.

Ultimately, Netanyahu has the power. Despite strong pressure from the US President to prioritize humanitarian efforts and getting the hostages releas3d, Netanyahu is taking action to escalate the war. The United States supports Israel’s goal of destroying Hamas but not at the expense of the lives of the hostages and innocent people living in Gaza. Another way must be found to meet Israel’s goal to protect itself and survive efforts by hostile, anti- Israel/ anti-Jewish enemies to destroy it.
