Trump Loses Again In Court. In the Last Few Days, Two More Of His Bogus Motions To Delay His Trial Were Denied. He Is Shaking In His Boots As Monday Approaches And The First Trial Of A Former US President Begins. The Judges Are On To His Strategy Of Delays And Abusing Our Court System. The Election Interference Trial Is Going Forward Because Judge Merchan Is Not Intimated Or Fooled By Trump’s Humiliating, Desperate Attempts To Avoid Conviction And Prison.

Judges are getting sick of Trump’s show of disrepect for our system of justice, However, the right-wing white nationalist Republican party supports expanding the power of the presidency in the image of an undisciplined dictator. The pardoned, anarchist criminal Steve Bannon is one of Trump’s most dangerous enablers.  He chose Donald Trump as the puppet he could train to infiltrate and transform the Republican party into a white nationalist, authoritarian party. Being selected as a puppet is not flattering. It reveals the puppetmaster’s view of his subject as gullible, unintelligent, insecure, power-hungry, and corrupt. Once Trump realized Bannon was getting too full of himself, he kicked him out of his administration. However, Bannon is once again positioning himself to help Trump keep on track to destroy what is left of the almost obsolete Republican party of Lincoln and Reagan. Trump is running for president as an authoritarian, and Bannon is looking forward to the jailing of opponents, members of the media, and women who seek abortions.

AT THIS POINT, ANYONE SUPPORTING TRUMP IS AN ADMITTED ENEMY OF AMERICA REMAINING A DEMOCRACY. DICTATORS DON’T SUPPORT GUN RIGHTS OR FREE SPEECH SO ONCE TRUMP NO LONGER NEEDS HIS SUPPORTERS VOTES, THEY CAN KISS THOSE RIGHTS GOODBYE. EXCEPT FOR JUDGE CANNON, THE FEDERAL JUDGES ARE READY TO MOVE FORWARD WITH THE TRIALS.

Special Counsel Jack Smith is conducting himself like a strong public servant. He sent a brief to the Supreme Court that outlined how the original text of the Constitution does not support a president having absolute power. Smith realizes that the Trump Justices need to be held accountable to execute their duty as defenders of the Constitution, not the protectors of Donald Trump. Smith’s brief will make it harder for the MAGA justices to grant Trump immunity and absolve him from breaking federal laws.
