Trump Is Too Ignorant To Realize That The Ruling Did Not Say He Is Worthy Or Fit To Be President Or That He Is A Victim Of A Liberal, Corrupt, Unfounded Persecution. The Blue States Would Not Be Taking Actions To Block Any Other Republican From Running For Office. They Are Fighting To Protect Democracy From Trump, An Unstable, Unqualified Autocrat.

Democratic-Republican Senator Sheldon Whitehouse is dedicated to fighting to make the institution of the Supreme Court less partisan and less corrupt. He works tirelessly to write legislation to force the Justices to be accountable for questionable ethics and monitored by an impartial body instead of the practice of self-monitoring. The current Republican Justices are tainted with scandal. Accepting exorbitant gifts and not reporting them has been the practice of Justice Samuel Alito, Justice Clarence Thomas, and Justice Neil Gorsuch. Justice Kavanaugh was credibly accused of committing sexual abuse during college,e and a superficial congressional investigation paved the way for his confirmation. Justice Kavanaugh and Justice Coney-Barrett lied during their confirmation hearings that Roe v Wade was settled law and protected by precedent. They subsequently voted to overturn it. Senator Whitehouse will not give up the fight to reform the unethical practices and above the attitude of the Supreme Court.

Trump blames prosecutors for the indictments he faces. However it is a grand jury of his peers that ultimately made these accusations become indictments. It is dangerous to vote people into office who do not understand how the government and democracy works. Would you hire a waiter to extract an infected tooth?
