NON-MAGA AMERICANS FROM ALL POLITICAL PARTIES HAVE SOME ADVICE FOR DIEHARD TRUMP SUPPORTERS: DONT ADMIT IT PUBLICALLY IF YOU’RE TOO EMBARRASSED, BUT GO INTO THAT VOTING BOOTH AND VOTE FOR ANYONE BUT DONALD TRUMP OR ANY MAGA CANDIDATE. RURAL PENNSYLVANIANS AND OTHER RURAL AMERICANS, ESPECIALLY RETIREES, NEED THEIR MEDICARE, OBAMACARE AND SOCIAL SECURITY CHECKS TO SURVIVE. TRUMP’S REPUBLICAN PARTY HAS DECLARED WAR ON THOSE “ENTITLEMENTS”. ADDITIONALLY, AN AUTOCRATIC AMERICA MAY SOUND COOL IF YOUR PARTY IS IN POWER, BUT THINK ABOUT WHAT COULD HAPPEN IF A VENGEFUL DEMOCRAT GOT ELECTED AND DECIDED TO SEEK RETRIBUTION AGAINST THOSE WHO SUPPORTED TRUMP. THEY COULD RULE AS A KING (WHICH TRUMP IS IN FAVOR OF) AND IMPART PUNISHMENTS THAT COULD WRECK LIVES.
Is it too much to ask his supporters to read, research facts, get off conspiracy theory social media sites for a month, and listen to Republicans who were eyewitnesses to Trump’s corrupt intent to overthrow a democratic election? The unquestioning loyalty to Trump has become terminally embarrassing and possibly irredeemable. Believing his narrative that ALL his legal troubles are based on a corrupt DOJ and a Biden witchhunt is so inaccurate and manipulative it is painful to listen to. He has been sued by many including women he assaulted and defamed, members of Congress who were victims of the Jan. 6th insurrection, law enforcement officers, state governments, and countless businesses he refused to pay for services rendered.
Additionally, he is acting like a guilty criminal who is desperately using every delay tactic and political strategy to escape being judged by a jury of his peers. Voluminous evidence has been gathered to prove he has broken federal and state laws and is using his candidacy for President to avoid prosecution and incarceration. The witnesses speaking out are mostly Republicans, breaking with their former loyalty to Trump to choose country, democracy, and the Constitution over party. Thank you, General Milley, General Mattis, General Kelly, Cassidy Hutchinson, Liz Cheney, Adam Kinzinger, former Trump White House attorneys, and hundreds of other Republican patriots for exposing Trump’s disloyalty to our country. The wimps who haven’t spoken up out of fear and greed will be forever remembered as disgraced anti-patriots.
Ultimately, Trump’s pursuit of autocracy, his rejection of the US Constitution, and his white supremacist ideolgy may help strengthen our democracy. The loopholes that allow Presidents to be criminals and still remain in power is now an obvious, major flaw in the Constitution. The tolerance for dangerous lies, hypocrisy in politics, the abuse of the justice system, and special interest ownership of elected officials will no longer be seen as the status quo. Limits may be placed on how many Supreme Court Justices one party can appoint. Support for the popular vote to replace the Electoral College will gain more traction. After Trump’s lack of transparency and admiration for enemies of America, Presidents may no longer be allowed to conduct secretive conversations on private cell phones. Additionally, reforming the President’s perogative to appoint unqualified family members into positions of power may now be prohibited. As the Biden DOJ pursues charges against the sitting president’s son without obstruction by the Executive Branch, will the DOJ pursue an investigation against Jarod Kuhner’s sweet $2 billion deal with the Saudis, which also lined Ivanka Trump’s pockets? Fair is fair. Pursuing justice under the law for a sitting President and his family means there should be equal justice for the former president and his family. Trump, the hypocrite, believes justice applies to others, not him.
