The recent trip to the NATO summit in Lituania revealed how different Joe Biden and Donald Trump are as politicians and as men. President Biden assured Lituanian President Gitanas Nausea that “The United States is here today to reaffirm our commitment to NATO […]. We are committed to Lithuania and the Baltics, and NATO.” (LRT.IT, 07/11/23). President Nauseda said he was reassured and pleased to hear President Biden’s assurance that the United States will continue to support Ukraine’s fight to save its democracy against Russia’s attack on its sovereignty. Biden did not physically push any world leader out of his way to hog the camera like Trump crudely did on a trip to meet world leaders. Biden did not praise dictators or threaten NATO allies that the US will weaken the alliance if he disagrees with their position on a global issue.
“President Joe Biden’s accomplishments echo themes and priorities from the major initiatives of Presidents Franklin D. Roosevelt, Dwight D. Eisenhower, Lyndon B. Johnson and Ronald Reagan. Biden has governed from the center, remained sensitive to important issues affecting voters on the left and right and achieved a moderate level of congressional bipartisanship.” ( Chicago Sun- Times, Aug. 22, 2022).
EACH TIME BIDEN SUCCEEDS, THE SCARED REPUBLICANS FOCUS ON HIS AGE OR HUNTER BIDEN. THEY DON’T PRESENT POLICIES AND EXPRESS CONSERVATIVE ALTERNATIVES. INSTEAD, THEY LIE, DEMONIZE, AND THREATEN RETALIATION TOWARDS THE DEMOCRATS. THEY DECLARE WAR ON A DEEP STATE THAT DOESN’T EXIST. THERE IS NO MOVEMENT FILLED WITH DEMOCRATS PLANNING TO ILLEGALLY INDICT TRUMP. RATHER, EVERY PERSON PURSUING THE FACTS IN HIS INDICTMENTS ARE REPUBLICANS OR INDEPENDENTS. ADDITIONALLY, THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A “RHINO’. MANY OF THE REPUBLICANS THAT ARE TESTIFYING AGAINST TRUMP SAY THEY WOULD VOTE FOR HIM AGAIN IF HE WAS THE NOMINEE OF THEIR PARTY.
“The alt-right’s claims that Biden is a leftist progressive and partisan head of a crime family is a ridiculous, corrupt, unsubstantiated claim that reveals low how desperate Donald Trump and MAGA Republicans are to deflect attention away from how much good Joe Biden’s presidency is accomplishing for all Americans of both parties. The Republicans have no policies to present to the American people. Instead, they are investigating their opponents, campaigning for Trump, and spreading disinformation to confuse and incite fear and violence in their base.
