President Biden Is Being Investigated Because Classified Documents Have Been Discovered At His Former Think Tank Office In Washington DC. A Second Batch Was Discovered This Week At His Home In Delaware. Republicans Hope This Mistake Caused By Those Who Moved The Content Of Biden’s Offices Will Stop Trump From Being Charged For Stealing Hundreds Of Classified Documents And Obstructing Justice By Refusing To Turn Them Over To The FBI. Both Cases Are Serious, However Only One If Them Is Criminal.
Hypocrisy is on full display, with Republicans showing outrage about classified documents being found at President Biden’s former office and residence. In contrast, they have continued to ignore the criminal investigation into Trump’s theft of hundreds of documents from the White House, his withholding them from the FBI for over a year, and his declaration of “they are mine.” Upon discovering the documents, Biden’s lawyers called the Archives, willingly returned them, and is cooperating not obstructing the investigation. The circumstances couldn’t be more different when comparing Trump’s and Biden’s behaviors and attitudes on the issue. The only similarity is the documents from both administrations were removed from the White House and ended up in unsecured locations. Both unacceptable scenatios.Throughout his reign of assaults on democracy Trump has attempted to weaponized the Dept. Of Justice, the federal judiciary, state legislators, and The Supreme Court. Every crime he committed was paired with an attempt to obtain corrupt protection from an institution sworn to defend the Constitution. The judiciary has consistency ruled against him. The most egregious support of Trump’s corrupt pursuits was Sttorney General William Barr’s announcement that Mueller Report exonerated Trump from any criminal behavior. The investigated found him guilty of 10 counts of obstruction of justice. In his address to the American people, Barr left out the fact that these counts are criminal, however the DOJ adhere’s to a policy that prohibits indicting a sitting president.
IT’S HYPOCRITICAL AND IRONIC THAT REPUBLICANS ARE ACCUSING BIDEN OF WEAPONIZING THE DOJ, WHEN AG MERRICK GARLAND SWIFTLY CHOSE A TRUMP-APPOINTED SPECIAL COUNSEL TO INVESTIGATE BIDEN, AND BIDEN HAS NOT COLLABORATED AND COLLUDED WITH GARLAND ON THE INVESTIGATIONS INTO TRUMP LIKE THE CORRUPT WILLIAM BARR DID. THE REPUBLICANS WOULD HAVE NO NARRATIVE WITHOUT THEIR RELIANCE ON GASLIGHTING.
It is clear President Biden is cooperating with the investigation. He is not engaging the courts to block demands for him to return the documents. He knows they belong to the government. The Republucans are embarrassing themselves in their defense of Trump. They are demanding a raid be conducted on Biden’s residence when there is no need to raid locations that have granted full access to law enforcement. Trump’s residence was raided because he was hiding documents and refused to turn them over to the government.
Trump’s narcissistic, sociopathic modeling has spawned disordered replicas of himself like Reps. George Santos, Marjorie Taylor Green, Paul Gosar, Matt Gaetz and Lauren Boebert and many others in the House and Senate. However, the mid-terms rejected most of the Ttump surrogates which promises hope that the work of the MAGA House will be tolerated by the majority of Americans from all parties.
