The Trump Right-Wing Court Is Proving The Republican Party Is Not The Party Of Small Government. It Loves Big Government When It Pertains To Protecting 2nd Amendment Rights, Censoring Educational Freedoms, Promoting Discriminatory Laws Against The LGBTQ Community and Women, And Limiting Access To Vote.

Donald Trump’s cruel, racist, autocratic ideology has transformed the Supreme Court into a political, Christian-based judiciary body that no longer protects individual freedoms. If you‘re a voter who supports the legal loss of freedoms that you don’t care about, the time will come when the freedoms you DO care about get taken away. The Supreme Court deciding to overturn laws previously legislated by the Court as decided law is the beginning of the loss of many freedoms the Constitution now grants to the American people.

The Republican party may have dealt a fatal blow to their chances to win the majority in the House and Senate in November. Approximately 65% of the American people support a women’s right to reproductive freedom. The right to abortion has been law for 49 years and yet the Supreme Court is signaling their intention to take away this constitutionally protected right because of it’s right-wing, Trump justices. The Court has lost credibility. It is now seen as a joke, a political arm of Donald Trump and evangelicals. Their opinions will largely be resisted and circumvented by Americans who believe in individual freedoms. The floodgates are now open to overturn same-sex marriage, contraception rights, and other freedoms that the alt-right wing of the Republican party opposes. Democracy is slowly dying, while Republicans gaslight it’s electorate to believe they are the protectors of democracy.

AMERICANS HAVE NEVER HAD A CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TAKEN AWAY FROM THEM. TAKE NOTE, IT’S THE REPUBLICAN PARTY THAT IS BEGINNING THE MOVEMENT TO REMOVE AN INDIVIDUAL FREEDOM FROM THE CONSTITUTION. WHEN DEMOCRATS HOLD THE MAJORITY IN THE SUPREME COURT, REPUBLICANS WHO LOVE THEIR GUNS SO MUCH MIGHT GO TO JAIL FOR POSSESSING FIREARMS. HOW DOES THAT SOUND, TRUMPERS?

Republicans are committed to government limiting the rights of women, black, brown, LGBTQ communities and any non- Christian American. One of the big Republican lies is that they favor small government. The current GOP on both the federal and state level is in favor of government censoring of the non- conservative press, the content of educational materials in schools, and assaulting peaceful protesters whose right to peacefully protest is protected by the Constitution. THAT IS NOT A DEMOCRACY.
The Founding Fathers saw the importance of the separation of church and state in a democracy. If those in power legislate based on the Bible, the core tenants of the Constitution would be minimized. America is a country founded on immigration, equality for all, and diversity. The laws written into in the Constitution were not based on Christianity. They were based on what defines a democracy.

Democrats of all religions, ages, ethnicity, gender, and sexual orientation must begin a vigorous resistance to the racist, misogynistic, alt-right assault on freedoms protected by the Constitution. President Biden must base all of his responses to the Court’s plan to overturn Roe v Wade on the law, what is humane, and the powers available to a president to protect a decided law that protects a woman’s right to choose whether to have an abortion or not. Cruelty is baked into extreme Christian orthodoxy. The religion has become inhumane and an embarrassment to the core of Christian teachings. No exceptions would apply to pregnancies resulting from rape or incest. The cruelty and hypocrisy of evangelicals and other MAGA Christians grow like cancer. Americans won’t comply with this Supreme Court legal atrocity if it passes, so the Justices are becoming lifetime lame ducks.

Another authoritarian Republican who Americans know is a sociopathic, misogynistic racist. His days in power are limited. Mickey Mouse will take him down.
