Besides Justice Alito And Justice Thomas, (Baby) Judge Aileen Cannon Is The Most Humiliated, Incompetent, and Biased Federal Judge In America. She Is Just Another Casualty Of Trumpism.

Even conservative, Trump-appointed judges think Aileen Cannon Is an incompetent jurist. Two federal judges in South Florida urged her not to take the documents case assignment because she screwed up so badly on her rulings in the past. The 11th Circuit castigated her and reversed her decisions. She is entertaining motions that legal experts from both parties say are bogus. They say a first year law student would have better judgement. Like countless other legal professionals who have lost their licenses or gone to jail. Ms Cannon is trashing her reputation. Trump probably chose her because she dons the “mop hairdo” that he insists all women in his personal and professional life wear. The country sees the delay tactics Ms . Cannon is doing. Just like Trump, she thinks she is more intelligent than she is. Hopefully, Jack Smith can get her removed from the case so a jury of Trump’s peers can come to a verdict. The average American believes the hundreds of documents shown stacked next to Trump’s golden toilet at Mara-a- Lago is proof enough to convict.
The stolen document case is the easiest of the federal cases to prove criminal behavior by Donald Trump. He has lied to his supporters by telling them that the Presidential Records Act says the classified documents belonged to him and he had every right to take them and keep them. If his supporters were willing to read, they would learn that what the law actually says is:
“Establishes that Presidential records automatically transfer into the legal custody of the Archivist as soon as the President leaves office”. It’s not a negotiable concept.
Trump lost the election, he reluctantly left after his attempted insurrection failed, and he no longer had any legal rights to retain or handle the documents. By unjustly delaying this trial, Ms. Cannon is an accomplice to obstructing justice. If democrats wanted to lower themselves to Trump’s level of low character and incite violence against a judge, Ms. Cannon would be their target. Democrats have too much character and respect for the Constitution to take such an action.
Ms. Cannon has undoubtedly seen these photos. Indeed, she has seen the testimonies and evidence that prove Trump orchestrated the storing and hiding of these documents. She knows his actions created a national security risk. Eyewitnesses have gone public about Trump’s showing some of the classified documents to people at Mara-a-Lago that did not have security clearance, Cannon is hiding the evidence that Americans have a right to know.
The deification of federal judges weakens our democracy. Judge Aileen Cannon is abusing her power by delaying a trial that stands to prove that Trump put the security of our country at risk. Are Trump supporters so brainwashed to believe that America is safe in the hands of judges and ex-presidents who expose national intelligence to possible enemies? Cannon is under Smith’s microscope. She can kiss her dreams of being on the Supreme Court goodbye.
