The Violent Physical Assault On Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s Husband Paul Pelosi Can Be Directly Blamed On The Violent Political Rhetoric Of Donald Trump. The “Big Election Lie” And The Demonization Of Democrats And Non-Maga Republicans Is Escalating Into Political Violence That Will Lead To More Deaths. Any Voter Who Supports A Trump/MAGA Candidate Is An Enabler Of Violent Crimes, Racism, And Supports The Transformation Of America Into An Autocratic, One-Party Dictatorship.

Donald Trump has spent the last five years targeting women in government and the media, USING hateful, threatening rhetoric. As a result, his cult followers, many of whom sound like they are suffering from mental or educational deficiency, are acting out violently against those people Trump targets. Paul Pelosi’s assailant was calling out,” where’s Nancy” an eerie reminder of how the insurrectionists were looking for her on Jan. 6th. His social media presence indicates he held extremist QAnon beliefs.

Trump has continuously promoted violence. During the 2016 election, Trump called for Hillary Clinton to be “locked up.” Since then, his followers have openly expressed violent intentions toward Clinton. Additionally, militia members set forth a plan to kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Witmer, and an armed man showed up at the home of Michigan Rep. Debbie Dingle after Trump’s election loss. Both of these women were accused by Trump of being part of stealing the 2020 election from him.
Autocrats and dictators encourage violence in support of their power. They demonize those who oppose them to justify the use of verbal or physical violence. Mr. Pelosi is lucky to have survived the attack. If Nancy Pelosi had been home that night, she probably would have been killed. If political violence and murder continue to be normalized, it will happen to both republicans and democrats.

DO TRUMP SUPPORTERS CONDONE MURDERING POLITICAL OPPONENTS? DO THEY CONDONE JAILING POLITICAL OPPONENTS WITHOUT GIVING THEM A FAIR TRIAL? ARE VIOLENCE AND MURDER OKAY FOR THEM AS LONG AS THE VICTIMS ARE DEMOCRATS OR NEVER-TRUMP REPUBLICANS? WHAT WOULD TRUMP SUPPORTERS WANT TO BE
DONE TO A PERSON WHO ATTACKED SOMEONE IN THEIR FAMILY?
Donald Trump let today pass without publicly denouncing the vicious assault on Paul Pelosi. By not speaking out against the attack and showing no empathy for Pelosi, her husband and family Trump sent the message that as long as the violence is against his opponents, it is justified and welcomed. Donald Trump is continuing to incite anger and fear in the minds of his gullible, base. When caught on video, the Trump base always communicate their feelings and views in an irrational, immature and angry manner. Lacking the ability for independent thought, they repeat verbatim the repetitive, hate-filled words of their wannabe autocrat hero figure.

Unfortunately, in a democracy you can’t ban hateful, cult followers from voting. For that reason, democrats must stay motivated to get out and vote against all alt-right, election deniers running for office in the mid-terms. Candidates like Kari Lake, Doug Mastriano, Herschel Walker, Rick Scott and others hold extremists views that threaten the individual freedoms of millions of Americans. Additionally, anyone financially reliant on Medicare, Medicaid or Social Security better prepare to watch those programs get slashed. Senator Rick Scott and Kevin McCarthy have announced support for making cuts to those programs to fund a shutdown of the government.
These Capitol And DC policemen saved democracy on the day of the insurrection. They were violently beaten by Trump’s mob at the Capitol on Jan. 6th as they fought to protect the lives of members of Congress. However, their patriotic efforts were successful and no member of Congress was physically harmed. Their bravery allowed for the electoral votes to be confirmed and for the peaceful transfer of power. These men are the kind of Americans we should be proud of, protecting, and rewarding. Instead, Trump, his allies, and supporters have mocked these members of law enforcement and incited the Republican base to view them as traitors.

Trump and the Republican party have elevated unworthy, racist, unqualified people of low character positions of political relevance. The crude, white nationalist, semi-illiterate Marjorie Taylor Greene isn’t worthy of being in the company of police officers Michael Fanon, Daniel Hodges, Harry Dunn, and Aquilino Gonnell. Rep. Kevin McCarthy has abandoned his oath of office to protect democracy by supporting the “big lie.” Because of his pathological hunger to become Speaker of the House, McCarthy has elevated the stature of certain members of Congress who are racist conspiracy theorists to secure their support for him to become Speaker.

Trump is not known to be forgiving. Trump could seek revenge on McCarthy if the GOP takes the House. McCarthy deserves to be betrayed by Trump because he has betrayed his oath of office.

IF THE REPUBLICANS TAKE CONTROL OF THE HOUSE, DEMOCRATS WOULD LOVE TO SEE TRUMP CONVINCE THE MAJORITY OF HOUSE MEMBERS CHOOSE SOMEONE OTHER THAN McCARTHY TO BE SPEAKER. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT DESPITE ALL OF THE ASS KISSING McCARTHY HAS DONE, TRUMP MAY STILL WANT TO SEEK REVENGE ON HIM AND THWART HIS DREAM OF BEING SPEAKER.
