On Thursday, The Jan. 6th Committee Presented A Shocking Video Revealing Ex-President Donald Trump Watched The Violence Unfold During The Insurrection And Did Nothing To Stop While Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Senator Chuck Schumer, And Vice-President Mike Pence Tried To Protect The Democratic Peaceful Transition Of Power. They Assumed The Presidential Role That Trump Abandoned On Jan. 6th. The Video Evidence Proves He Knew He Lost. He Knew The Election Wasn’t Rigged, And He Knew There Was A Violent Insurrection Happening And Enjoyed Watching It.

Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority leader Chuck Schumer acted professional, patriotic and composed in the midst of the Trump-planned and inspired attack on the seat of the American government. The violence from the rioters was at such an aggressive level that democratic leadership was re-located from the Capitol to a Pentagon protected site. During the attack, Vice President Pence remained at the Capitol and Speaker Pelosi placed a call to him to inquire about his safety.  On that call, Pelosi, Senator Schumer and VP Pence discussed engaging law enforcement and the national guard to secure the their Capitol, make arrests, and remove the rioters. Upon hearing that then President Trump planned to join the insurrectionists at the attack on the Capitol, Pelosi said;

“I’M GONNA PUNCH HIM OUT, I’M GONNA GO TO JAIL, AND IM GOING TO BE HAPPY.” Not that it’s hard to emasculate Trump, but Nancy Pelosi does it best when she stands up to him on behalf of our democracy. He hates women who are strong, competent, and in positions of power, because in contrast to them, he looks clownish and unfit.

Thursday was a nightmare day for Trump. His efforts to stay politically relevant and avoid being indicted were severely weakened by new information presented in a taped testimony by former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson.

At the Thursday Jan. 6th Committee hearing, revelatory proof that Trump knew he lost the election was revealed in a testimony given by Cassidy Hutchinson. Triggered by the Supreme Court ruling against Trump on a key case in the 2020 election, Hutchinson heard Trump say to then chief-of-staff Mark Meadows,  “this is embarrassing,” and “I don’t want people to know that we lost.”( The Hill, Oct. 13, 2022). The ” big lie” strategy evolved as a coping mechanism for both Trump’s shame about being ” the loser” and his pathological, dictatorial hunger for power. Crony attorney’s Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell and John Eastman went to the gullible, insecure, desperate Trump and, to soothe his shame and anger, instructed him to publicly announce, ” I won the election. It was rigged.” The strategy to create a false, alternate reality became the ” big lie/ election denying” platform of the anti-democracy former president and the MAGA Republican party.

After he lost, Trump’s non-MAGA attorney Pat Cippollone reminded him that 62 federal judges ruled against any evidence of significant fraud in the election. He reiterated Attorney General Barr’s findings of no significant election fraud. Trump was also aware that no secretaries of state from any swing state found any election irregularities. The only basis for continuing the ” big lie” fraud was and still is it’s success at duping his base, securing fundraising from it for political and personal gain and to possibly get re-elected in 2024.

Trump has called for violence against 1) people who might “throw tomatoes” at him, 2) towards Black Lives Matter peaceful protestors, 3) at people being put into police cars who have not yet been convicted of a crime, 4) for immigrants and asylum seekers, and 5) anyone opposing him. His rhetoric is angry, racist-tinged, vengeful, cruel and irrational. He speaks primarily as a defensive, paranoid victim in need of rescuing. However, his followers see him as strong, possibly because he is big, loud, and relentless in his self-interests.

However, many veterans see Trump as a coward, choosing to use a bogus bone spur excuse for deferment from serving in the military. Additionally, since his abandonment of police officers defending the Capitol during the Jan. 6th insurrection, many law enforcement professionals now view his narrative about law and order as a way of being seen as a strongman by his easily duped base.

THURSDAY’S REVELATIONS BY THE JAN 6TH COMMITTEE HEARING, CASSIDY HUTCHINSON’S TESTIMONY, THE SUPREME COURT REJECTION OF HIS CASE REQUEST AND NANCY PELOSI’S LEADERSHIP WITNESSED ON TAPE THIS WEEK MADE TRUMP LOOK INCREASINGLY DESTINED FOR MORE HUMILIATION AND PROBABLE INDICTMENTS.
