BY NOT DENOUNCING, DEMONIZING AND CRIMINALIZING ANTI-SEMITIC, WHITE SUPREMACIST HATE GROUPS, TRUMP IS ADMITTING TO ANYONE NOT IN THE MAGA CULT THAT HE IS A RACIST. He LIKES TO PRETEND HE IS THE ONLY PRESIDENT WHO EVER SUPPORTED ISRAEL WHICH IS UNTRUE LIKE MOST PRONOUNCEMETS HE MAKES. HE IS KNOWN TO CALL HIS SUPPORTERS GULLIBLE AND IS SURE HE CAN FOOL THEM TO BELIEVE ANYTHING HE SAYS. HIS SPEECH CADENCE AND BODY LANGUAGE INDICATE THAT HE LIES AND MANIPULATES TO RETAIN POWER. IT’S CONCERNING THAT PEOPLE WHO HAVE THE RIGHT TO VOTE DON’T FACT CHECK AND SUFFER FROM CELEBRITY ADDICTION. THERE ARE SO MANY COMPETENT REPUBLICANS WHO HATE TRUMP. WHY NOT SUPPORT THEM? TRADITIONAL REPUBLICANS LAMENT ABOUT HOW TRUMP HAS MADE THE GOP INTO A RACIST, CONSPIRACY THEORY, BAD JOKE OF A PARTY. HOWEVER, THEIR SILENCE AND FEALTY TO HIM AND HIS HORRIBLE POLICIES IS WEAK AND DAMAGING TO DEMOCRACY.
The Jan. 6th Committee has proven Trump knew his rioters were armed. He told them to go to the Capitol and “fight like hell” against the certification of the electoral college vote. Witnesses, all Republicans, testified he did nothing to stop the violence towards law enforcement and the threats to Mike Pence’s life. Witnesses at the hearing testified they observed Trump enjoying the violence because it was in support of him. His attention was on the rioters and the hope they would succeed at blocking the certification of Joe Biden’s win, not on law enforcement and the Capitol being attacked. We must look back to the the insurrection and the 2020 election to hold Trump legally accountable for his crimes. However, we must look forward because as he continues not to be indicted, he is still lying, still trying to overturn elections, and planning another coup.
Donald Trump is under investigation for election interference in Georgia, where he asked Secretary of State Brad Raffensburger to ” find” 11,780 votes to change the election results. His desperation and humiliation drive his delusional fantasy that he won the election. He has been calling Wisconsin election officials to overturn its 2020 state election results. His psychological impairments cause him to lack impulse control or the ability to distinguish between reality vs. fantasy. He has a noisy, loyal base. However, he has no chance of winning the presidency again. He is too hated by too numerous, and the reality that he prefers autocracy over democracy scares most Americans.
