Legal scholars are saying Cassidy Hutchinson’s testimony revealed the most substantial evidence to date that Donald Trump knew the Capitol rioters were armed and intended to follow his directive to go to the Capitol, ” fight like hell,” and violently threaten Vice President Mike Pence not to certify the presidential election. She reported that Trump supported the rioters getting into the Capitol building, was against law enforcement measures to stop them, and wanted to be driven to participate in the insurrection. His specific comments were, “I don’t care that they have weapons. They’re not here to hurt me,” according to Hutchinson. “Let the people in… Take the effing mags away.”
Legal experts believe this testimony is strong evidence that supports potential indictments against Trump for the crimes of 1) obstruction of an official proceeding of Congress, 2) conspiracy to defraud the United States, 3) seditious conspiracy, and 4) wire fraud.

Also revealed in the hearing were the names of Trump allies who asked for pardons related to their involvement in the Jan. 6th insurrection. Ms Cassidy Hutchinson revealed Mark Meadows, John Eastman, and Rudy Giuliani asked for pardons. In politics, making a request for a pardon is considered an admission of guilt for committing a crime. Video was also shown of convicted felon General Michael Flynn pleading the “fifth”, even when asked if believed the Jan. 6th committee was wrong. Most of the misfits Trump surrounded himself with by the end of his term are under investigation by the Jan. 6 the Committee or the Department of Justice. Hutchinson overheard shocking conversations in the White House between Trump attorney Mark Cippolone and Mark Meadows. She overheard attorney Cippilone telling Meadows to tell Trump to do something to stop the violence at the Capitol and Meadows response was ” Trump “doesn’t want to doing anything.”

The country should be thankful to Cassidy Hutchenson for her bravery and patriotism. The emasculated men in Trump’s orbit are humiliations to the country. Ms. Hutcenson is a source of national pride and morality.
The testimony also exposed that Chief of Staff Mark Meadow’s concern and opposition to the violence occurring at the Capitol he did nothing to directly pressure Trump to take action to stop encouraging the attempt to violently try to stop the certification of the election.
