The images of the dead bodies riddled with bullets lying in the streets of Bucha with evidence of torture and rape has reminded the world that Vladimir Putin is a monster on the level of Adolph Hitler, The decline of American democracy will be imminent if our two political parties don’t fully unite behind our governments retalitory efforts to help Ukraine defend itself against Russia’s brutality. Additionally, America must commit to support the international efforts to prosecute Putin as a war criminal, The dead bodies in the streets of Ukraine are reminiscent of the horrors of the Holocaust. Watching the massacre and torture of innocent Ukrainians is uniting the world to fight for democracy and stand together to see the decline of Putin and his autocratic terrorism. America should inflict political consequences on any U.S. lawmaker who stays silent or is sympathetic to Putin’s agenda against Ukraine.

Liz Cheney has named the small minority of Republican members of congress who support or stay silent on Russia’s crimes against humanity, the “Putin Wing” of The Party. The majority of Republicans support Joe Biden’s repudiation of Putin and the war he is waging in Ukraine. However, the GOP elite are not as concerned with genocide and human rights as they are with putting a dangerous autocrat back in power. Why? Because white supremacy, religious extremism, automatic weapon ownership, and power is more important to them than democracy.
Reps Marjorie Taylor Greene and Matt Gaetz are the team leaders of the Putin- wing and perpetrators of the decline of morality, the attack on democracy, and lying as a strategy to gain political power. Additionally, Fox’s Tucker Carlson demonstrates an example of media treason. This has-been frat boy is the darling of the Russian media. While our allies the Ukrainians are bombed and slaughtered, Carlson criticizes our country’s defense of Ukraine, sympathizes with Putin’s excuses for murdering innocent people, and justifies Russia’s attempt to overtake a sovereign nation. Carlson is an example of how Constitutionally protected free speech and a free press contribute to the potential downfall of democracy. Rupert Murdoch, Mark Zuckerberg and Donald Trump are the top enemies of truth, justice, and decency in America. They promote the use of disinformation in mainstream media outlets and social media platforms to influence gullible voters to keep these dangerous men in power.
That face tells you all you need to know about this undeserving member of Congress. She is mean, nasty, and under-qualified to serve. The voters in her Georgia district are contributors to the degradation of our government’s integrity. Her unprofessional behaviors have gotten her kicked off committee assignments and fined tens of thousands of dollars. Georgians! Find a better candidate. She is an embarrassment to your state.
The continued support of Trump isn’t about patriotism. His base are hypocrites. They shamelessly suck up the benefits that President Biden is providing to them through compassionate legislation while supporting the “big lie”. The base would flunk a 4th grade test on the Constitution and also think liking dictators makes Trump strong and macho. Millennials are baffled at how so many Americans think this old, Elvis-styled, over weight, goofy, incompetent guy is seen as the image of macho. Trump’s election to the presidency probably accounts for 75% of the pessimism, depression and lack of motivation of the millennial population feel. As the gruesome images of war crimes in Ukraine dominate the media, young Americans are discouraged about their future and worried whether democracy will survive if Trump’s ideology regains power.
