If Jim Jordan was a congressional representative from a state that was not Trump- red, he would no longer be serving in the House, and might possibly be in jail. Ohio State Wrestling physician, Dr. Richard Strauss, committed suicide in 2005 after he was found to have sexually abused 177 members of the OSU wrestling team from 1979 and 1997. OSU officials have been reported to have denied knowing about it, ( toxic-masculinity cover-up?) Including then assistant coach and now House representative Jim Jordan. Dr. Strauss committed suicide before formal charges were filed by his victims.

Additionally, according to NBC News and an Ohio Politics article in Feb. 2020, former Ohio State wrestler Dunyasha Yetts was the first person to say he spoke to Jordan directly about Strauss. He says he complained to Jordan and OSU’s chief wrestling coach, Russ Hellickson, after he went to see Strauss for a thumb injury and Strauss tried to pull down his pants. Yetts was the Big Ten wrestling champion in the 142-pound weight class in 1994. Yetts said he and his teammates talked to Jordan numerous times about Strauss.
“For God’s sake, Strauss’ locker was right next to Jordan’s and Jordan even said he’d kill him if he tried anything with him,” Yetts told NBC. Donald Trump clearly lowered the bar for toxic- masculinity males as he has remained their hero, (Jordan being one of them), for getting away with being sexual assaulted of women or men. Jim Jordan’s loyalty to Trump and his minimizing of claims Trump has assaulted women, is a clue to the strong possibility that these former OSU wrestlers are telling the truth about Jordan’s cover-up of Strauss’s crimes.

“Jordan forwarded a text to Meadows on 5 January, the congressman’s aide confirms, containing details of the plot to block Biden.” That text shows an attempt to commit treason. A plot to overturn a democratic election voted by American citizens is an act against democracy. Whether you are a Democrat or Republican, would you want your vote to count or do you want crooked legislators to nullify them to steal elections that they fairly lose? Jordan operates to serve Trump, obstruct democrats, and display his faux masculinity antics for the cameras.
The wannabe-king enemy of democracy and decency is Donald Trump, the most criminally investigated former president in American history. Criminal and civil Investigations are continuing into his business practices, his questionable actions while president, and accusations of the sexual assaults of 27 women. Will he be found guilty of attempting to fraudulently steal the Georgia presidential election? Will he be indicted for inciting and not stopping the Jan. 6 th insurrection at the Capitol? Will he be found guilty of tax and business fraud in New York? Will he be found civilly or criminally responsible for people dying of COVID because he lied to the public about how deadly the virus was? Federal judges continue to rule against Trump’s continued attempts to hide his tax returns, the ones he promised he would release after the audits that he never proved were occurring. The New York Times reported this week Judge Trevor McFadden, a Trump- appointed federal judge, ruled Trump is legally bound to turn over his taxes to the Chairman of the Ways and Means Committee, Richard Neal. The Times reported “lawyers for Mr. Trump did not immediately respond to a request for comment. But a member of his legal team has previously vowed to fight the congressional effort “tooth and nail.” Additionally, on Dec. 9th, the Guardian reported, “Donald Trump suffered a major defeat on Thursday when a federal appeals court ruled against his effort to block the release of documents related to the January 6th attack on the US Capitol.” Judges of both party’s are consistently ruling against Trump’s baseless lawsuits related to the insurrection, his tax and business dealings, and his fraudulent claims of election fraud in his landslide presidential election loss.

The ” Forward Kentucky News” in August 2121, wrote, “Paul has constantly attacked health care professionals and the recommendations they have made about masks and vaccines. We’ve seen him attack Dr. Fauci again and again, even as COVID surges in Kentucky.” Paul has called for Dr. Fauci to be fired and accuses him, the international, 50 year expert on viral and allergy disease, of being responsible for Americans dying of COVID. He has become a conspiracy theorist who anyone needing an eye exam by an ophthalmologist should avoid. He opposes mask and vaccine mandates which are proven to prevent COVID infection and save lives. Paul is just another unimpressive gaslighter in Trump World, getting away with lying for political gain. However, he is sounding crazier every day, even to Kentuckians, so maybe if America gets lucky, Kentucky will vote him out.
Sasse Is No Adam Kinzinger Who Is As Conservative As They Come, However, Is Brave, Patriotic And Proactive About Fighting Against The Authoritarian Morphing Of The Republican Party.
Senator Ben Sasse of Nebraska Peaks His Head Out To Oppose Trump Over The Access Hollywood Tape And The “Big Lie”, Then Pulls In His Head Like A Turtle And Stays Silent While Trump And His Cronies Continue To Obstruct Justice And Assault The Norms Of Democracy. Sasse has written the books, ” Them: “Why We Hate Each Other”, and “The Vanishing American Adult” and yet he won’t oppose Trump publicly by joining with Adam Kinzinger and Liz Cheney to defend the rule of law and preserve our two- party democracy. It’s great to write books, but Sasse does little to use his moral teachings to enlighten Republican voters and members of Congress to realize Trump is destroying 1) morality, 2) traditional conservatism, and 3) the rule of law.
Mitch McConnell is corrupt. Democrats and Republicans know it and Mc Connell revels in how he gets away with hypocrisy, obstructionism, and anti-bipartisanship governing. Some of his most well- known despicable acts are:
- Blocked Obama from filling a Supreme Court vacancy because his second term was ending in 7 months, then filled the vacancy left by Ruth Bader Ginsberg’s death three weeks before the end of Trump’s presidency
- Opposes the Democrats changing the filibuster for any reason, however changed it in order to seat Amy Coney- Barrett on the Supreme Court
- Obstructed the appointing of federal judges when the U.S. president was democrat Barack Obama.
- Prior to any legislative disagreements, declared his #1 goal was to make Barack Obama a one- term president. He has now declared the same goal with President Biden
- Tells corporate America to ” stay out of politics” related to mask and vaccine mandates, but clarifies he is not referring to them making donations
- Obstructs passing any legislation during the presidency of a Democrat
- Funnels ” dark money” into GOP campaigns through non- traditional, non-transparent channels
Unfortunately, hypocrisy, lying, non-transparency, and partisan obstructionism are not against the law. Hopefully, when Congress is filled with Gen X and millennials, these low character traits will be grounds for removal from office. Trump has successfully used gaslighting in his messaging to lure Republicans into believing he is moral and, when elected, “would drain the swamp” in Washington. While telling that lie, he formed the most pervasively corrupt “swamp” administration in U.S. history. If Republicans don’t bail on Trump, more people will die of COVID, lose their reputations, go broke, or rot in jail for the senseless purpose of serving the worst person ever to be the U.S. president.
