Why Are The New York State And Georgia Prosecutors And Attorney Generals Taking So Long To Indict Trump? The Delays Are Allowing Him To Keep Spreading The Lie About The Election Being Stolen And Steals Money From Brain-Washed Donors And His Gullible Base. The Scam He Is Running Is So Transparent, So Amateurish And Yet It Is Keeping Him Afloat Politically And Financially. He Will Is Charged With Serious State Crimes, And Civil Cases Have Been Filed By Capitol Police And Members Of Congress For Damages From The January 6th Insurrection He Incited. Attorney General Merrick Garland Should Prosecute Him As A Seditionist.

Civil and criminal lawsuits against Trump, his family, and his business organization are underway in state courts filed by a family member, a former lover, a woman who has accused him of assaulting, former business clients, members of Congress, and Capitol policemen injured during the January 6th insurrection, the State of New York for business and tax fraud, the state of Georgia for election fraud/ interference. What kind of person gets sued by such a diverse group of people and in such varied situations in their life? The short answer: criminal, immoral, guilty people. Investigations are being conducted, grand jury’s assembled, and subpoenas are being prepared. Although these actions are encouraging steps towards justice and national healing, they are progressing too slowly and Trump is escaping accountability for his abhorrent behaviors.

In 2015, Jeb Bush predicted Trump would be a chaotic president. However, we had no idea just how widespread the chaos would be and how low he would take America psychologically, physically, morally, and ethically. The racist, anti-poor, extreme religious-based leanings of the Freedom Caucus wing of the Republican Party existed before Trump, but Trump as president used his hate-filled influence to expand those leanings to an immoral, unpatriotic level never before seen in U.S. history. The increase of white supremacist activity and the hate-filled partisan wars is tearing our country apart and degrading the pride and spirit that America has always been known for around the world.

More evidence of anti-democracy activity by the Trump campaign during 2016 presidential was reported today in an article by Mark Mazetti and March Schmidt in the New York Times. In a Treasury Department Document, the reporters confirmed that Trump Campaign Manager Paul Manifort and Campaign associate Rick Gates gave internal polling data to Russian Operative Konstantin Kilimnik who passed it on to Russian spies “while the Kremlin was engaged in a covert effort to sabotage the 2016 election in favor of Donald Trump.” More news continues to surface about Trump and his associates related to anti-American and anti-democracy activity, and yet elected Republican members of Congress to continue to anoint him leader of their party!

For this reason, American’s who care about democracy, the Constitution, or morality, national security, public health, and racial equality as urging New YorkProsecutorr Cyrus Vance to act on evidence of tax and financial fraud by Trump and his children. That’s millions of patriots are asking for the Fulton County, Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis to file charges against Trump for attempting to overturn the results of the state’s vote in the presidential election which he lost. In a corrupt, anti-democracy move, Trump asked the Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to find 11,780 votes, 1 more than needed to win the state. The same thing the ” stop the steal” lie accuses the states of doing, ( committing fraud to steal the election) is what Trump and his associates did in Georgia and other states. If hypocrisy was cause to fire elected officials, the GOP would have few seats left in either house of government.
