Greedy, power-hungry Trump is exuberantly encouraging Texas, Georgia, Wisconsin, and other states to open up their economies as if the” the virus will just disappear, ” fantasy is true. Bars, restaurants, nail parlors, and malls are opening up and Trump shows no concern about a resurgence of COVID-19. None of these states have met the White House criteria for re-opening their economies. In fact, some of these states are seeing the number of new cases of a virus infection increase. Governors are trying to find a balance between protecting lives and restoring employment for its citizens. However, Trump is putting pressure on Republican governor’s with his, ” Re-open America”, agenda to get their economies restarted.
IT WAS INEVITABLE TRUMP WOULD DESTROY THE ECONOMY. HE DIDN’T CREATE THE ECONOMIC SUCCESS, HE INHERITED IT FROM THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION. HE IS DESPERATELY TRYING TO BLAME OTHERS. HOWEVER, THE ECONOMY TANKED ON HIS WATCH AS A RESULT OF HIS INCOMPETENCE MANAGING THE PANDEMIC. HIS DENIAL OF SCIENCE HAS DAMAGED THE ENVIRONMENT AND IN THIS COVID ERA, HAS KILLED TENS OF THOUSANDS OF AMERICANS.
Trump has continued to contradict the scientific facts about COVID-19 and is disagreeing with the warnings by medical experts about states re-opening too fast. Yesterday in a press conference Trump said Dr. Fauci’s caution about re-opening schools is ” unacceptable”. If Trump doesn’t like what he hears, he calls is wrong or unacceptable. Regarding COVID, Trump labels any scientific fact which encourages a slow or delayed re-opening of state economies as wrong. He is behaving in a delusional-like frenzy to pretend the worst of the epidemic is behind us. Most of the misinformation he is spewing is to bolster his chances for re-election, not to protect public health or save lives. Today he is announcing there will be a vaccination by the end of the year. Scientists and public health professionals disagree with that prediction. Trump declares false promises which he thinks will retain the loyalty of his base and manipulate his addiction, the stock market.
The virus task force is slowly disappearing from public view. Trump has tired of feigning interest in the scientific facts about coronavirus and is now a one-man show of misinformation and lies. Americans should remember the lies he told leading up to to spread of COVID-19, because he is doing it again related to restarting the economy. The death count is now over 86,000 from the pandemic. Despite warnings from Dr. Fauci and many other scientists of a possible spike in infections from opening the economy too fast, Trump refuses to encourage states to proceed with caution. He will take no action, like wearing a mask, that might cause his supporters to be fearful and hesitate to once again fully participate as consumers and workers.
To deflect from the horrific realities of his pandemic failures, Trump is repeating his playbook from 2015. He is calling for opponents to be jailed, such as Obama, Hillary, and Biden. He sounds desperate, guilty, or delusional. That there are any Americans left who believe his recycled bullsh@t is shocking. Unless elected officials return to an atmosphere bipartisanship, the country is destined to be corrupt, serving whichever party is in power, not the American people. Trump loves to fight, always creates an enemy to attack and blame, and for serving reasons, chooses deceit over truth.
